We had a deep talk about what it means to transition and the impacts it has on you personally, professionally, and socially. I am grateful for the real talk and open conversation on what it means to actualize yourself as a woman. We discuss privilege, loss, career search, individual expectations, the “norms” in society, and her personal lived experience as a trans woman in the world today. And, we are reminded that: “Visibility is a person’s own journey.” ~ @SheCordelia
