Laura read: Cork Dork by Bianca Bosker http://www.biancabosker.com/cork-dork/
-A tech journalist decides she wants to become a sommelier in a year and pass the test, this book is about her adventures along the way. This was an interesting read that provided insights into the wine industry, becoming a sommelier, and the intricate world of wine tasting by an amateur. A delight to read if you are a fan of wine and you have ever wondered what it would be like to taste, serve, smell, and deliver vino like the pros.
